Artist's statement

I'm interested in playing with artistic materials, revisiting my memories and the everyday world around us through them, giving them a fresh perspective. Also, working with the forgotten to offer a new, decontextualizing gaze that challenges their terms and definitions.

***memory is here

(it is

always

here

/

now)

,

(+) the past structured it,

yet, considering it (for the now & the future)

renders it political.

=

What is more political in a globalized world

than to speak out loud from the personal,

from the inner self?
